Hardy evergreen perennial, Ht. up to 2.5m, spread 1.2m. Large thistle-like blue violet flowers in summer, large silver grey serrated leaves.

Cardoon herb seeds are available: A packet of seeds costs £3.00. There are approximately 12 herb seeds per packet (all of our herb seeds are untreated and can be used to grow organic herb plants).

Cardoon herb plants are available: A 2 Litre herb plant costs £10.50.

For herb plants, please see our Looking Good List for availability. You can organise a Farm Collection, collect at one of our Open Days or during a Herb Experience. Please use our online webform or email your list directly to us ([email protected]). We no longer offer a general mail order service for our herb plants but we do offer a limited selection of Jekka s Culinary Herb Boxes.
