Amaranthus tricolor Green Giant , Green Amaranth, Calaloo, Chinese Spinach, Yin choi, Lin Choi

Annual, Ht. up to 1.5m, spread 30cm. With a mild spinach flavour the young leaves can be used in salads and more mature leaves can be used like a spinach as a steamed vegetable or in soups.
