Chaste Berry Powder

(Vitexagnus castus)

Chaste tree Berry also known as ‘Monk’s Pepper’, used for disorders of the female reproductive system. It can normalize and regulate the menstrual cycle, reduce premenstrual fluid retention, and treat some cases of acne that flare up during menstruation.

Note: Chaste tree berry is slow acting. Two or three menstrual cycles, or a similar amount of time, may be needed to evaluate the effects.

*Chaste Tree Berry Powder Tea: Pour 8oz boiling water over 1tsp berry powder, steep for 10 minutes. May add 1 tsp. of raw honey or a ½tsp of chopped fresh mint to the tea, stir & drink one cup daily.

*Warning: Do not use Chaste tree berries unless necessary. Always consult with a healthcare professional before using any herbal remedy.
